The Site is operated by Signet Technologies and provides marketing and informational content about Stellon, a governed wealth operating platform and a product of Signet Technologies. These terms apply to the public Site only. Your use of the authenticated Stellon platform, and any password-gated materials made available on the Site, is governed by separate agreements and non-disclosure arrangements, which take precedence over these terms in respect of that access.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
